This duplex unit with large sun decks is perfect for two families. All bedrooms and bathrooms are heated, with all beds having bed warmers, to ensure you are cosy and comfortable. Our in-house staff will provide you with all the food and drink you could desire while you lounge with the family.

With a dedicated Home-Cook & Home-Keeper and, food costs only on actuals this is the best of being at a home away from home, nestled in a home in the mountains with panoramic views. Spread across two floors, the home is comfortably furnished with all modern-day amenities. The main drawing offers ample space for all. Outdoor dining provisions are also available at two levels, to enjoy long meals over fun chit-chat with family and friends. All bedrooms are heated, with all beds having bed warmers, to ensure you are cozy and comfortable. Our in-house staff will provide you with all the food and drink you could desire while you lounge with the family.

Home Rules

House Rules : with Pet Friendly Villa's 

A gentle reminder of our Home Rules. 
They are for your safety and comfort. Request you for an acknowledgment. 
1. The number of guests should not exceed the count mentioned at time of booking, at any time during the stay. Please inform about any travelling staff too.
2. ID’s of all guests to be given as the booking is confirmed.
3. Food orders must be received by 3.00 PM the previous day, to allow for procurement of fresh supplies and preparation time. Food menu has nominal prices per person, the guest relations will share with you. 
4. We suggest that dinner be served by 10.00 PM at the latest. For late service, food can be made available in casseroles.
5. Parties, loud noises and music that disturb neighbours is not permitted
6. Breakages or damage of home items will be charged on 'actuals'
7. Any illegal activity, use of narcotics, prostitution, etc. are not permitted
8. No smoking indoors & check if the villa is suitable for pets (there are pet rules and a security deposit of INR 5000). 
9. Arrival 2.00 PM and Departure 11.00 AM
10. INR 10,000 Refundable deposit mandatory for all bookings before arrival. 
11. All male staff (drivers, PSO's) sleep arrangements can be made outside, at a nominal cost, and are not permitted to stay in the villa. We will be happy to make these arrangements for you.
12. It is strongly suggested that all F&B for male staff be arranged outside to avoid pressure on your home kitchen and challenges during your meal service. We will be happy to make these arrangements for you.
13. By accepting the booking, we assume the acknowledgment of these guidelines by you and your group.

Driving Directions from Delhi

  • Get on to NH 9. (Refer to Google Maps to find the best route for your group.)

  • Continue on NH 9. Take the Hapur bypass, Garhmukteswar bypass, and Moradabad bypass, towards Rudrapur.

  • At Indira Gandhi Chowk, cross Rudrapurand carry on straight towards Haldwani and Kathgodam.

  • From Kathgodam continue toward Bhimtal and Bhowali.

  • At Bhowali, before the market, take a right towards Ramgarh.

  • At start of Ramgarh Market take a sharp u turn left (towards Neemrana)

  • Continue on this road for 3 kilometers and Lion’s Den will be on our right.
